Cancellation Policy

We’re excited to welcome you for your free trial at Galeb Brothers BJJ Yatala! To make sure your experience is smooth and enjoyable, please take note of our trial class policy: 1. Booking is Essential * All trial classes must be booked in advance. * This ensures we can prepare your spot, a uniform (gi) if needed, and have a coach ready to guide you through your first class. 2. Waiver Form * A waiver must be signed before your first class. * This will be emailed to you once your booking is confirmed—please complete it online before arriving. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling * If you can’t make it, please let us know as soon as possible. * A quick message, call, or email allows us to offer the spot to another student and helps our team plan ahead. 4. Arrive Early * Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your class so we can get you signed in, fitted with a gi, and settled before training begins. 5. Respect Our Community * Trial spots are limited, and we want everyone to have the chance to experience BJJ.
